About the role

This internship offers a hands‑on experience within the After Sales department of a regional office in Dubai. You will work closely with the Technical Service Excellence Manager to understand daily operational activities and support the team in delivering high‑quality service.

Key responsibilities

Gain insights into the day‑to‑day operations of the After Sales team.
Support the Technical Service Excellence Manager in coordinating team activities.
Assist with daily spare‑parts supply and manage claim support processes.
Interact with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely parts delivery.
