Technical Consultant – SWIFT & PayGate Solutions

About the role

Fineksus is looking for a motivated Technical Consultant to join its Implementation & Support Team in Dubai. You will work under the supervision of the Implementation & Support Department Manager, participating in on‑call rotations and occasional on‑site visits to customer locations.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in day‑to‑day administration and management of SWIFT and PayGate applications.
• Carry out implementation, upgrade and patch installation activities for SWIFT and PayGate solutions.
• Monitor applications to ensure high availability and perform regular health checks.
• Collect and analyse logs to identify problems and support problem‑management processes.
• Collaborate with the development team for testing PayGate applications.
• Provide remote or on‑site support to customers during business hours and on‑call after hours.
• Assist with disaster recovery (DR) and business continuity planning (BCP) activities.
• Prepare technical documentation, best‑practice guidelines and offer technical guidance to customers.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience supporting multi‑tiered applications or IT systems.
