About the role

Exclusive Talent is hiring a presentable and tech‑savvy Technical Executive in Dubai. The role is suitable for an engineering professional with strong communication skills, technical understanding, and the ability to support operational, administrative, and business activities. The selected candidate will manage documentation and reports, coordinate with internal teams, provide technical support, and use digital tools to ensure assigned activities are completed accurately and on time.

Key responsibilities

• Support daily technical and operational activities.
• Prepare, maintain, and organize reports, documents, and records.
• Coordinate with internal departments to support business requirements.
• Use Microsoft Office and digital tools for reporting, documentation, and communication.
• Maintain professional communication with clients and stakeholders.
• Assist teams with administrative and technical coordination.
• Ensure accurate documentation and timely completion of assigned tasks.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of relevant professional experience.
• Engineering background preferred, especially Chemical Engineering.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Presentable, organized, and professional approach.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
