Technical Manager – MEP

About the role

ALEMCO is seeking an experienced Technical Manager to lead MEP engineering delivery across all project phases in the United Arab Emirates. The role provides technical leadership, ensures engineering governance, and drives high‑quality, cost‑effective solutions for complex developments.

Key responsibilities

• Manage all MEP engineering deliverables, ensuring timely, specification‑compliant outputs.
• Control costs and resources while coordinating design, procurement, and construction teams.
• Embed BIM and modular best practices to achieve on‑time, on‑budget delivery.
• Oversee engineering governance, compliance, and risk mitigation.
• Collaborate with planning, commercial, construction, and digital engineering functions.
• Interface with consultants, clients, authorities, and vendors to ensure design excellence.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of experience in MEP engineering management.
• Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage complex technical risks.
• Strong understanding of construction processes and engineering standards.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
