Technical Officer – Real Estate Services

About the role

Asteco is seeking a motivated Technical Officer to join its Dubai team. This full‑time, on‑site position supports the company’s real‑estate operations by delivering technical assistance, handling client inquiries, and conducting analyses to resolve operational challenges.

Key responsibilities

• Provide first‑line technical support to internal teams and external clients.
• Conduct site inspections, coordinate maintenance and repair activities, and ensure compliance with safety and technical standards.
• Analyse operational data to identify issues, propose solutions, and monitor performance.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders, vendors, and clients to implement technical solutions.
• Maintain laboratory equipment and oversee related technical procedures.

Required profile

• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to assess problems and monitor technical performance.
• Excellent communication and customer‑service skills for liaising with clients and vendors.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.
• A degree in engineering, technical studies, or a related field is preferred.
• Prior experience in a technical or operational support role is highly desirable.
