Technical Product Owner – HR Technologies

About the role

Emirates is seeking a Technical Product Owner to lead the development of HR‑related digital solutions across its Group Services portfolio. Based in Dubai, you will own the product vision for core Human Capital Management, Recruitment, Talent Management, HR Case Management and Learning Experience platforms, ensuring they deliver value to internal stakeholders and customers worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Define and prioritize user stories, acceptance criteria and backlog items for multiple agile teams, aligning them with the Group Services roadmap.
• Capture technical debt, non‑functional requirements and BAU activities, and ensure they are refined and scheduled across sprints.
• Prepare and present contributions to PI demos and participate in PI Planning and other product management meetings.
• Define metrics to measure feature success and drive continuous improvement of the product portfolio.
• Collaborate with external vendors on RFPs and manage large‑scale initiatives within a Scaled Agile framework.

Required profile

• Degree or Honours (12+3 or equivalent) with at least 5 years of IT or related experience.
• 3 + years of proven experience as a Product Owner/Manager delivering change in a capacity‑constrained, multi‑team environment.
• Certified in CSPO, SAFe or PSPO and experienced working in a Scaled Agile framework.
• Demonstrated ability to lead RFP processes, manage large initiatives and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
