Technical Program Manager – ASK Platform

About the role

AI71 is expanding its Engineering and Product teams and needs a Technical Program Manager to drive the ASK platform – an agentic solution that enables enterprises and governments to search data, generate content, and orchestrate multi‑agent workflows. You will be embedded in one or two delivery teams while also owning strategic cross‑functional programs.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with Product Managers, Tech Leads, Designers, Software, ML and DevOps engineers to clarify priorities, scope, and dependencies.
• Guide teams to deliver projects on time and with high quality, reviewing PRDs and technical designs.
• Identify and mitigate risks early, ensuring smooth coordination across multiple teams.
• Own at least one complex, cross‑functional program end‑to‑end, influencing engineering, product, and leadership stakeholders.
• Contribute to the evolution of the TPM function, helping shape processes, culture, and organizational structure.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Technical Program Manager or similar role in a technology‑focused environment.
• Strong ability to work collaboratively with diverse technical and product teams.
• Strategic mindset with a track record of delivering cross‑team initiatives.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
