About the role
Yomly, a leading HR & Payroll SaaS platform in the MENA region, is seeking a Technical Project Coordinator to drive the implementation of its software solutions for clients. You will work closely with Project Managers and cross‑functional teams to ensure each project phase—from kickoff to go‑live—is delivered with clarity, coordination, and quality.
Key responsibilities
- Lead documentation and follow‑up for project kickoff and requirement sessions.
- Own the full implementation lifecycle, including system build, data validation and migration, user acceptance testing, and go‑live support.
- Prepare and maintain project trackers, schedules, and status reports.
- Serve as the central point of contact for clients, providing regular status updates and managing feedback loops.
- Break down activities into manageable tasks, assign owners, and monitor deadlines.
- Coordinate with technical teams to ensure accurate configuration and data‑related tasks.
- Raise blockers and risks early, log tickets, and facilitate timely resolution.
- Communicate task status and meeting outcomes to internal and external stakeholders.
- Conduct quality assurance checks throughout the implementation.
- Support handover documentation for a smooth transition to support or account management.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience as a Project Coordinator, Implementation Analyst, or similar delivery‑focused role, preferably in SaaS or HR‑tech.
- Excellent communication, organization, and follow‑up abilities.
Required skills
- Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools.
- Familiarity with AI productivity tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, or Claude.
- Basic scripting skills, e.g., Python.
