Technical Project Manager – PMO Lead for Digital Transformation

About the role

The Technical PMO Lead will create and run a robust project‑management discipline for Mada Media’s IT portfolio, overseeing governance, planning and delivery of large‑scale digital transformation programmes, including ERP and AI initiatives. Reporting to the IT Head, the role bridges business stakeholders, technology vendors and internal teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to required quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Establish and operate the Technical PMO, defining governance structures, delivery methodologies (Agile/Waterfall/Hybrid) and RAID management.
• Own the IT project portfolio roadmap, prioritisation and resource allocation aligned with strategic objectives.
• Lead end‑to‑end delivery of digital transformation programmes, notably Oracle Fusion ERP implementation, from business case through cut‑over and hyper‑care.
• Drive AI automation and agentic AI use‑case identification, business‑case development and scaled rollout of RPA, workflow automation and AI copilots.
• Manage vendor contracts, SOWs and performance against SLAs, preparing steering‑committee materials and post‑implementation reviews.
• Proactively identify project risks, ensure compliance with governance, security and regulatory requirements, and champion change‑management and communication plans.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering or related field; PMP, PRINCE2 or equivalent certification required.
• 8+ years of experience in Technical PMO, IT Project/Program Management or Digital Transformation delivery.
• Proven track record delivering large‑scale ERP implementations (Oracle Fusion preferred) and AI/automation projects.
• Strong stakeholder, executive communication and vendor‑management skills; experience in regulated UAE entities is a plus.
