Technical Project Manager – Smart Hardware (BUSY Bar)

About the role

You will organize and drive the delivery of a smart productivity hardware product, working closely with product, engineering, design, and operations teams. The role combines Agile delivery, technical coordination, documentation, and operational follow‑through in an international environment.

Key responsibilities

• Organize sprint work, including planning, task breakdown, prioritization, and progress tracking.
• Translate product requirements and decisions into clear, actionable tasks for engineering and design teams.
• Track deadlines, dependencies, blockers, risks, and agreements across project participants.
• Maintain accurate backlogs, roadmaps, project documentation, and task statuses.
• Coordinate delivery across product, engineering, design, and operations, running regular team syncs.
• Support changes in requirements by assessing impact on scope, timelines, and delivery.
• Coordinate operational matters involving vendors, contractors, legal, finance, and other external stakeholders.
• Proactively identify delivery risks and escalate issues that could affect timelines, quality, or product outcomes.

Required profile

• 3+ years experience as a Technical Project Manager, Delivery Manager, Project Manager, or Product Operations Manager in a technology product company.
• Hands‑on experience running Agile/Scrum processes and managing sprint execution.
• Proven ability to own projects from initial scoping through release, handling multiple parallel workstreams and external stakeholders.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (Upper‑Intermediate or above).
• Self‑driven, proactive attitude with a willingness to resolve organisational and delivery challenges.

Required skills

• Project and documentation tools: Jira, Linear, Notion, Confluence.
• Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Hardware, IoT, and embedded product knowledge.
