Technical Sales Manager

About the role

The Technical Sales Manager will act as the bridge between customers, nutritionists, and IFFCO’s product development teams. You will drive feed additive sales, support key accounts, and ensure technical challenges are resolved efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets by volume and revenue.
• Maintain and grow relationships with customers and their nutritionists, gathering feedback and addressing complaints.
• Conduct market studies to identify trends, competitor activity, and new business opportunities.
• Prepare quotations and price offers in coordination with finance and management.
• Coordinate farm and lab trials with suppliers for new product introductions.
• Represent IFFCO at exhibitions, industry forums, and promotional events.
• Ensure compliance with credit policies and follow up on collections.
• Allocate work, conduct performance reviews, and manage training for the sales team.

Required profile

• Proven experience in technical sales within the animal nutrition or feed additive sector.
• Strong understanding of poultry and dairy nutrition and formulation principles.
• Ability to translate customer needs into functional product specifications.
• Excellent communication skills with stakeholders at all levels.
