Technical Service Engineer – Boilers

About the role

Viessmann Middle East is seeking an experienced Technical Service Engineer – Boilers to join its Technical Service team in the UAE. The role acts as the field‑based technical representative of Viessmann, delivering professional support, troubleshooting, commissioning, maintenance, warranty assistance and training for heating and hot‑water solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical support and advisory services to customers, contractors, installers, consultants and service partners both remotely and on‑site.
• Diagnose technical issues, perform troubleshooting, start‑up, commissioning, testing and handover of installed systems.
• Carry out service, repair, preventive maintenance, inspection and troubleshooting while maintaining quality and safety standards.
• Manage warranty cases, prepare accurate service documentation and use the Service Portal for reporting.
• Develop and deliver technical and practical field training for contractors, installers and service partners.
• Support spare‑parts quotations, service proposals and maintenance offers, and participate in standby and emergency‑response rotations.

Required profile

• Technical vocational qualification, diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of field service, commissioning, maintenance or technical support experience in the heating, hot‑water or boiler industry.
• Hands‑on experience diagnosing, troubleshooting, commissioning, maintaining and repairing boiler and hot‑water systems.
• Experience with steam boilers and heat‑pump systems is highly preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, wiring diagrams, schematics and product documentation.
• Valid UAE driving licence and willingness to travel extensively across the UAE.
