Technical Specialist

About the role

BlackStone eIT is seeking a Technical Specialist to provide expert technical support and solutions to clients, ensuring smooth operation and maintenance of software products.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical support to clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Collaborate with development teams to identify and troubleshoot software bugs and performance issues.
• Conduct system installations, configurations, and upgrades as necessary.
• Develop and maintain detailed documentation on system configurations, processes, and user guides.
• Assist in training end‑users on software functionalities and best practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a technical support or specialist role.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Required skills

• Troubleshooting software applications, systems, and networks.
• Database management and SQL.
• Software installation, configuration, and upgrade processes.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies (a plus).
• Relevant certifications such as CompTIA, Microsoft, or Cisco (a plus).
