Technical Specialist – Print Division (Xerography Products)

About the role

The Technical Specialist provides second‑line technical support, installation, maintenance and troubleshooting for Fujifilm toner‑based printing solutions across the Middle East & Africa. You will work closely with customers, distributors and internal teams to ensure optimal equipment performance and high customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Install, configure, commission and maintain graphic communications equipment and related software.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, workflow and print‑quality issues using Fujifilm platforms.
• Support service escalations and coordinate with regional and global technical teams.
• Prepare technical reports and service documentation in line with company standards.
• Deliver on‑site training for operators and customers on equipment use and best practices.
• Assist sales teams during product demonstrations, evaluations and installations.
• Maintain accurate service records, manage spare‑parts planning and follow quality, safety and compliance procedures.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Electronics, Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Printing Technology or a related field.
• 3–7 years of experience in technical support, field service or equipment maintenance.
• Experience with digital or production printing, graphic communications or imaging technologies is preferred.
• Proven ability to work directly with customers in a service environment.
• Regional experience in the Middle East is an advantage.
