Technical Support – Autonomous Vehicles

About the role

We are looking for a Technical Support professional to assist the testing and operation of autonomous vehicles. The role works closely with R&D and Quality Assurance teams to ensure that daily testing schedules run smoothly and that vehicle software is kept up‑to‑date.

Key responsibilities

• Liaise with R&D and QA teams on autonomous vehicle testing activities.
• Provide operational feedback to technical teams and support validation of vehicle version results.
• Assist in setting up and configuring various vehicle testing scenarios.
• Support route and stop configuration requirements for daily testing.
• Coordinate vehicle software and version updates, ensuring timely completion.
• Identify and communicate technical or operational issues affecting testing.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of testing and operational processes.

Required profile

• Technical background in automotive, engineering, IT, autonomous vehicles or a related field.
• Experience supporting technical testing, QA, R&D or vehicle operations is advantageous.
• Strong ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams.
