Technical Support Engineer

About the role

The Technical Support Engineer will be responsible for on‑site installation, commissioning, repair and maintenance of energy storage systems. The role ensures reliable operation, minimizes downtime and provides high‑quality technical assistance to customers.

Key responsibilities

• Install, commission, repair and maintain energy storage equipment at customer sites.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues promptly to guarantee system reliability.
• Provide customers with product information, training and ongoing after‑sales support.
• Collaborate with the technical support team and R&D to report field problems and suggest improvements.
• Monitor customer service requirements to enhance satisfaction.
• Ensure all on‑site activities comply with local safety regulations and company safety standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Mechatronics or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the power industry, preferably with high/low voltage or energy‑storage projects.
• Hands‑on experience with equipment installation, commissioning and maintenance.
• Strong understanding of electrical systems and energy‑storage principles.
• Relevant electrical or high‑voltage operation certifications are a plus.
• Willingness to travel frequently and work flexible hours.
