Technician – Major Home & Kitchen Appliances

About the role

We are seeking a full‑time Technician specialized in major home and kitchen appliances to join our on‑site service team in Dubai. The role involves diagnosing, repairing and maintaining a wide range of household appliances while delivering high‑quality customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Diagnose faults and replace defective parts in major home and kitchen appliances.
• Perform preventive maintenance and safety inspections on all serviced equipment.
• Test appliances after repair to confirm proper operation.
• Maintain accurate service records and prepare detailed repair reports.
• Explain usage and maintenance procedures to customers during service visits.
• Install and commission new appliances at customer locations.
• Manage tools, spare parts and equipment required for repairs.
• Respond promptly to customer service calls and adhere to safety standards.

Required profile

• 3–4 years of experience in major home and kitchen appliance repair and installation.
• Valid UAE driving licence.
• Strong communication and customer‑service skills.
• Ability to lift and handle heavy appliances.
• Vocational or technical certification is a plus.
