About the role
Salayel Hospitality is seeking a courteous, well‑spoken, and guest‑focused Telephone Operator to join our team. If you have a passion for hospitality and excellent communication skills, we would love to hear from you.
Key responsibilities
- Handle all incoming and outgoing calls in a professional and timely manner
- Provide accurate information about hotel services and facilities
- Direct calls to appropriate departments efficiently
- Take and relay messages clearly and accurately
- Assist guests with inquiries, requests, and wake‑up calls
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality and service standards
Required profile
- Previous experience in a similar hospitality role is preferred
- Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Pleasant voice and professional telephone etiquette
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast‑paced environment
- Strong customer service mindset
- Basic computer knowledge
