Housekeeping Attendant

About the role

We are seeking a hardworking, reliable, and detail‑oriented Housekeeping Attendant to maintain guest rooms, public areas, and assigned facilities to high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, comfort, and presentation.

Key responsibilities

• Clean and service assigned guest rooms, bathrooms, corridors, and public areas according to hotel standards.
• Make beds, replace linen and towels, and arrange rooms to the required standard.
• Dust, vacuum, sweep, mop, polish, and sanitize assigned areas.
• Replenish guest amenities, toiletries, towels, drinking water, and other in‑room supplies.
• Inspect rooms for cleanliness, damages, missing items, and report any issues to the supervisor.
• Coordinate with Front Office, Engineering, Laundry, and other departments to ensure rooms are ready for guests.

Required profile

• Previous experience in housekeeping or related cleaning services is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail, good physical stamina, and ability to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• Responsible, reliable, service‑oriented attitude with good teamwork and communication skills.
• Basic English communication skills; primary education or equivalent qualification preferred.
