About the role

We are looking for a Telesales Agent to join our real estate brokerage team. The ideal candidate should be confident in making calls, generating leads, and converting prospects into clients.

Key responsibilities

Make cold calls and outbound calls to potential clients
Generate and qualify leads through telephone communication
Understand client requirements and recommend suitable properties
Follow up consistently with leads and prospective clients
Schedule property viewings and appointments
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-ups
Achieve monthly sales and call targets

Required profile

Minimum 6 months of sales experience – mandatory
Real estate experience preferred
Cold‑calling / telesales experience is mandatory
Strong communication and convincing skills
Multiple language skills are highly preferred
Target‑oriented and confident personality
Good knowledge of English
Immediate joiners preferred
Candidates currently based in Dubai are preferred
