About the role

We are seeking a proactive Telesales Consultant to join our Dubai team. You will engage prospective clients over the phone, present our real‑estate and financial products, and turn conversations into sales.

Key responsibilities

Make outbound calls to generate and qualify leads.
Present products and services clearly and confidently.
Build and maintain long‑term client relationships.
Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets.

Required profile

1–3+ years of telesales experience in real estate, investments, insurance, financial services or wealth advisory.
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
Self‑motivated, target‑driven mindset.
UAE visa preferred; existing UAE client database is a plus.
Direct sales experience advantageous.
Available to join immediately.
