Telesales Consultant – Real Estate Sales (Dubai)

About the role

We are seeking a motivated, target‑driven Telesales Consultant to join our real‑estate sales team in Dubai. The role involves high‑volume outbound calling, handling inbound enquiries and converting conversations into qualified appointments.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls and promptly respond to incoming enquiries.
• Generate and maintain a consistent sales pipeline.
• Follow up with prospects via calls, WhatsApp and approved communication channels.
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions and follow‑ups.
• Re‑engage inactive or previously contacted leads.
• Collaborate closely with the Sales Manager.
• Achieve daily, weekly and monthly calling, qualification and appointment targets.
• Represent the company’s brand professionally in all communications.

Required profile

• Previous experience in telesales, telemarketing, customer service or real‑estate sales (preferred).
• Native English speaker preferred.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident, persuasive and professional telephone manner.
• Strong follow‑up and objection‑handling abilities.
• Target‑oriented and comfortable working in a performance‑driven environment.
• Ability to work independently.
