About the role
Crestview Consultant is seeking enthusiastic, confident and energetic female Tele Callers to join its growing team in Dubai. The role involves interacting with clients over the phone and delivering a high standard of service while representing the company.
Key responsibilities
- Interact with clients via telephone to address inquiries and promote services.
Required profile
- Female candidates only.
- Fluent in at least one of the following languages: English, Hindi, Gujarati, Marathi, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, or Malayalam.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Previous telecalling or customer service experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
