About the role

We are seeking an experienced Arabic and English speaking Telesales Executive to join our real‑estate team in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating sales opportunities by contacting leads, presenting property details, and nurturing client relationships.

Key responsibilities

Make outbound calls to potential clients and follow up on inbound inquiries.
Explain property and project details to prospects.
Qualify leads, generate sales opportunities and achieve monthly targets.
Maintain regular follow‑ups with clients and coordinate with the sales team.
Track and report on call activity and sales performance.

Required profile

Fluent in Arabic and English.
Minimum 2 years of telesales experience, preferably in real‑estate.
Based in Dubai, UAE.
Target‑oriented, motivated and confident in making outbound calls.

Required skills

Excellent communication and persuasion abilities.
Strong ability to handle and follow up on leads.
Ability to meet monthly sales and calling targets.
