Telesales Executive – Walk‑In Interviews

About the role

Visawala Documents Clearing Services LLC is seeking energetic Telesales Executives to join its Dubai office. The role involves generating outbound sales calls, handling inbound enquiries across phone, WhatsApp and email, and converting leads into visa and travel service sales.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound telesales calls to promote corporate and individual visa/travel processing services.
• Respond to inbound customer enquiries via phone, WhatsApp and email, guiding them through service options.
• Build and maintain client relationships, follow up on leads and update CRM records accurately.
• Coordinate with internal visa processing teams to ensure correct client support.
• Achieve daily call targets and monthly revenue quotas.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of sales or customer‑service experience (freshers with strong communication are welcome).
• Fluent spoken English; knowledge of Hindi, Urdu or Arabic is a plus.
• Interest in visa, travel and document‑clearing services.
• Immediate availability to start.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems for tracking calls and leads.
