Telesales Specialist – Aesthetic & Dermatology

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Telesales Specialist to manage inbound and outbound customer enquiries for our aesthetic and dermatology services. You will convert leads into confirmed appointments, explain treatments and packages, and support repeat business through professional follow‑up.

Key responsibilities

• Contact and follow up with leads via calls and WhatsApp.
• Convert enquiries into confirmed appointments.
• Explain SkinLab’s treatments, services, offers, and packages.
• Follow up with existing and potential clients to improve conversions and repeat visits.
• Maintain accurate lead and customer information in the CRM.
• Coordinate with clinic and reception teams regarding appointments.
• Meet daily and monthly sales and conversion targets.
• Handle customer queries professionally and provide a positive client experience.
• Maintain timely follow‑ups on missed, pending, and inactive leads.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in telesales, telecalling, customer service, or a similar role.
• Experience in the aesthetic sector is mandatory.
• Excellent communication and convincing skills, with good English proficiency.
• Target‑oriented, proactive, and confident over the phone.
• Basic knowledge of CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
• UAE experience is preferred.
