Telesales Specialist

About the role

TradesApp, a dynamic trading company based in Dubai, is looking for a motivated Telesales Specialist to join its full‑time sales team. You will be responsible for generating new business and driving revenue by contacting prospects over the phone and converting leads into customers.

Key responsibilities

• Proactively call potential and existing customers to present, promote and sell products and services.
• Clearly explain product features and benefits, answering any questions from prospects.
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Close sales and meet quarterly quotas in a fast‑paced environment.
• Maintain an accurate, up‑to‑date database of customer information.
• Record calls, sales activities and other relevant data in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with the wider sales team to build a strong pipeline and achieve team targets.
• Handle customer grievances professionally to protect the company’s reputation.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a telesales representative or in a similar sales/customer‑service role.
• Track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets, preferably over the phone.
• Excellent command of spoken and written English.
• Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal abilities.
• Resilient, persistent and results‑oriented.
• Ability to quickly learn product details and convey them to prospects.
• High school diploma required; a relevant degree is a plus.
