Telesales Specialist – Real Estate (Telugu/Tamil/Marathi)

About the role

We are seeking an energetic Telesales Specialist to join our real‑estate team in Dubai. You will be the first point of contact for prospective investors, promoting our property projects and generating qualified leads for the sales force.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential clients and investors.
• Explain company projects, offers, and services in a professional manner.
• Generate and qualify leads for the sales team.
• Maintain and update customer databases and CRM records.
• Follow up regularly with interested clients.
• Schedule meetings and property viewings for consultants.
• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

Required profile

• Previous experience in telesales, telemarketing or customer service (preferred).
• Real‑estate experience is an advantage.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• Confident and professional phone etiquette.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
• Basic computer knowledge.
