About the role

Emirates Islamic Bank is seeking a Teller to deliver efficient cash‑handling services and high‑quality customer support. The role involves processing transactions, ensuring compliance, and promoting the bank’s Sharia‑compliant products.

Key responsibilities

Process cash deposits, withdrawals, transfers, cheque transactions and loan payments accurately.
Deliver exceptional customer service, resolve queries and handle complaints professionally.
Promote and refer suitable banking products and services to customers.
Reconcile cash, maintain accurate transaction records and ensure AML/KYC compliance.

Required profile

High School or secondary education.
1–2 years of experience in banking, customer service or cash handling.
Strong communication and customer‑service skills.
UAE nationals preferred.
