Test Center Administrator – Dubai

About the role

Amideast is seeking a motivated Test Center Administrator to join its Dubai testing team. You will ensure the integrity of exam delivery while providing professional front‑desk support to candidates.

Key responsibilities

• Complete mandatory TCA training and certification exams.
• Greet examinees, verify identification and register candidates on the roster.
• Collect biometric data such as fingerprints when required.
• Monitor candidates during exams, resolve or report technical issues.
• Maintain security of test‑center software, reboot servers and reset passwords as needed.
• Proctor off‑site testing sessions and manage test materials according to the Test Manual.
• Handle incidents of candidate misconduct following Amideast guidelines.
• Provide front‑desk customer service and support.

Required profile

• Bilingual in Arabic and English.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to communicate authoritatively with the public.
• Capability to read and interpret operational instructions and submit detailed reports.
• Strong multitasking skills and ability to handle small tools and equipment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Windows‑based computer applications.
• Experience in proctoring examinations.
