Test Center Administrator – UAE

About the role
Amideast is seeking a motivated Test Center Administrator to support test administrations across the UAE on an as‑needed, hourly basis. Working under the Test Center Manager and Supervisor, you will ensure smooth delivery of examinations while maintaining strict security standards.
Key responsibilities
- Complete mandatory TCA training and pass the certification quiz.
- Read and follow all test administration manuals.
- Manage candidate check‑in, monitoring, and dismissal throughout each session.
- Enforce test security procedures during examinations.
- Count and control test materials as outlined in the manuals.
- Handle incidents of candidate misconduct according to Amideast guidance.
Required profile
- Bilingual in Arabic and English.
- Minimum education: high school diploma.
- At least 12 months of experience in test administration or related customer‑service role.
- Ability to work flexible, hourly schedules.
