Test Manager - Intellect Cash Management

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Test Manager to lead testing initiatives for the Intellect Cash Management platform within a corporate banking environment. The role is based in Dubai and focuses on delivering high‑quality solutions across cash management, payments and digital banking services.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute test strategies for large‑scale banking transformation projects.
• Lead functional, integration and automation testing for Intellect Cash Management and related modules.
• Coordinate test governance, reporting and quality assurance across multiple workstreams.
• Collaborate with business, technology and client stakeholders to ensure alignment and timely delivery.
• Act as the Single Point of Accountability (SPOC) for testing delivery and risk mitigation.

Required profile

• 12+ years of experience in banking or transaction banking testing.
• Strong background in corporate internet banking, cash management, payments and API integration.
• Proven track record of leading large‑scale testing programs for GCC banks.
• Excellent stakeholder management and governance skills.
