Testing and Commissioning Engineer

About the role

The Testing and Commissioning Engineer will oversee site operations for electrical projects, ensuring that all activities follow project plans, technical requirements, and quality standards. The role involves close coordination with internal teams, suppliers, and external stakeholders to guarantee smooth execution.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor day‑to‑day site activities to align with schedules, specifications, and safety standards.
• Verify availability and proper use of materials, equipment, and resources.
• Coordinate with engineers, supervisors, and vendors to resolve operational issues and provide progress updates.
• Track site progress, identify potential delays, and recommend corrective actions.
• Interpret technical drawings, specifications, and work plans, offering guidance to on‑site teams.
• Prepare and maintain site reports, logs, and inspection records for project tracking and audits.

Required profile

• Experience in monitoring and managing site operations for electrical or industrial projects.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and work plans.
• Strong coordination and communication skills to work with multidisciplinary teams.
