Tile Mason – Full-time On-site Position

About the role

The Tile Mason will work full‑time on‑site in Dubai, installing and repairing floor, wall and ceiling tiles for residential and commercial projects. The role involves handling a variety of materials such as ceramic, porcelain, marble and stone while ensuring high‑quality workmanship.

Key responsibilities

• Install and repair floor, wall, and ceiling tiles using ceramic, porcelain, marble, and stone in residential and commercial properties.
• Prepare surfaces, plan layouts, cut and fit tiles, mix and apply adhesives and grout, and ensure accurate alignment and level finishes.
• Read drawings or work instructions, coordinate with supervisors and other trades, and maintain a clean and safe work area.
• Inspect completed work for quality, handle minor repairs, and assist with related finishing tasks as needed.

Required profile

• Strong practical skills in tile installation, surface preparation, cutting, fitting, grouting, and finishing.
• Ability to read and follow basic drawings, measurements, and layout plans for residential and commercial projects.
• Knowledge of safe use of hand tools, cutting tools, mixing equipment, and adherence to workplace safety standards.
• Good physical stamina, manual dexterity, and ability to work on floors, walls, and ceilings for extended periods.
• Previous experience as a Tile Mason or similar role in renovation or construction environments.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills to coordinate with supervisors, technicians, and other trades on‑site.
