Time Keeper – Construction Workforce Attendance

About the role

DEOW International is looking for an experienced Time Keeper to join its construction operations in Dubai. The role focuses on accurate daily attendance tracking, real‑time time‑log maintenance, and close coordination with site supervisors to ensure reliable workforce data across multiple projects.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain daily attendance records and operational time logs for field personnel across all active construction sites.
• Monitor working hours, overtime entries, and shift activity, ensuring timely updates in the attendance system.
• Validate attendance data with site supervisors and HR, handling leaves, missing records, and discrepancies.
• Generate regular attendance reports and keep supporting documentation organized.
• Coordinate with project teams to ensure accurate time‑keeping for billing and compliance purposes.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 + years of hands‑on time‑keeping experience within the construction sector.
• Proven ability to work with attendance management systems and reporting tools.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
• Immediate availability preferred.

Required skills

• Proficiency with time and attendance management software.
• Experience using reporting systems for data extraction and analysis.
• Competence with basic administrative software (e.g., spreadsheet applications).
