About the role

The EDGE Group Training Program offers a full‑time Trainee Project Engineer position for UAE nationals. Based in Abu Dhabi, the role provides hands‑on exposure to cutting‑edge defence technologies while developing core engineering competencies.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in technical training modules covering electronics, mechatronics, networking and security.
• Operate, configure and troubleshoot defence‑related systems under mentor guidance.
• Document test results, prepare technical reports and contribute to team discussions.
• Engage in continuous professional development activities.

Required profile

• UAE national.
• Bachelor’s degree (or final‑year) in Electronics, Mechatronics, Computer Engineering or a related field.
• Strong problem‑solving attitude and eagerness to learn.
• Effective teamwork and clear communication skills.
