Trainee Telecom Engineer

About the role

Rejlers is offering a full‑time trainee position for recent UAE nationals who have graduated in Telecom or Electronics Engineering. You will join a structured on‑the‑job learning program, supporting experienced engineers on real ADNOC projects in Abu Dhabi.

Key responsibilities

• Assist senior engineers with telecom and instrumentation tasks on active projects.
• Participate in hands‑on activities, site visits and technical reviews.
• Follow safety, quality and environmental procedures on all assignments.
• Contribute to documentation, testing and commissioning activities.

Required profile

• UAE national, aged 20‑30, with a completed degree in Telecom or Electronics Engineering.
• Eligible to work in the UAE.
• Strong motivation to learn and develop a career in engineering.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Required skills

• Fundamental knowledge of telecom engineering.
• Fundamental knowledge of electronics engineering.
• Basic understanding of instrumentation concepts.
