Training Coordinator – JAFZA & SIRA Programs

About the role
We are seeking a proactive Coordinator to manage JAFZA and SIRA training programmes in Dubai, ensuring smooth client interactions, accurate invoicing, and efficient scheduling.
Key responsibilities
- Attend and respond to all enquiries related to JAFZA trainings.
- Prepare SAF quotations based on client‑selected trainings.
- Share training slots, payment details and collect payments from customers.
- Coordinate with DPA to arrange training schedules, locations and guidelines.
- Issue booking confirmations with full training details.
- Organise site visits for onsite trainings.
- Maintain weekly booking and sales records.
- Provide monthly invoice details to the DPA Accounts department.
- Collect attendance sheets, prepare quotations and handle First Aid card distribution.
- Request pro‑forma invoices for advance SIRA training payments.
- Monitor account balances and send payment‑release requests when needed.
- Submit RFI requests through the invoicing portal and share payment intimations with accounts.
