Treasury Specialist – Capital Markets (Associate Director/Director)

About the role

The Capital Markets team of a leading global bank in Dubai is looking for a Treasury Specialist at Associate Director/Director level. You will be responsible for driving sales of a broad range of capital‑markets product solutions to retail and priority‑banking clients.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies for structured products, foreign exchange, fixed income and equities.
• Collaborate closely with Relationship Managers to market Capital Markets Product Solutions (CMPS) and increase business turnover.
• Achieve assigned revenue targets and contribute to CMPS budgets across all product lines.
• Expand the retail client base and deepen product penetration within the CMPS suite.
• Provide market insights, support deal structuring and ensure successful closure of transactions.

Required profile

• 5‑10 years of treasury sales experience covering the retail/priority‑banking segment.
• Proven ability to manage business prospects and close deals.
• Strong understanding of financial‑market products, including structured products, FX, fixed income and equities.
• Self‑motivated with the capacity to work autonomously and influence senior stakeholders.

Required skills

• Knowledge of structured products, foreign exchange, fixed income and equities.
