UX/UI Product Designer

About the role

We are looking for a UX/UI Product Designer to shape Greenstone’s web applications, including an internal CRM and a client‑facing portal. You will work in a small, high‑trust technology team in Dubai, collaborating directly with leadership, business users and engineers to deliver end‑to‑end product experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Lead features from concept through release, ensuring consistency across internal and client‑facing applications.
• Run lightweight discovery with users, frame problems and write requirements together with the Head of Technology.
• Design clear user flows, information architecture and wireframes for data‑dense, multi‑step workflows.
• Produce fast, interactive prototypes using AI‑native tools such as Lovable, Claude, Figma Make or v0 and validate them with users.
• Deliver high‑fidelity, responsive UI that meets institutional standards on desktop, tablet and mobile.
• Own UX copy across the applications, maintaining a consistent voice.
• Build and maintain a Figma design system aligned with the Material UI component library.
• Collaborate with frontend engineers on feasibility, handoff and review of shipped builds.

Required profile

• 5+ years of product design experience, preferably in SaaS or fintech, with a portfolio of complex B2B web applications.
• Hands‑on experience with AI‑native prototyping tools and the judgment to choose prototypes over static mockups.
• Expertise in Figma, including variables, tokens and component architecture.
• Strong understanding of accessibility (WCAG), responsive design and UI craftsmanship.
• Working knowledge of HTML, CSS and component‑based React front‑ends.
• Excellent communication skills to present and defend design decisions to senior, non‑technical stakeholders.
