Vice President, Client Operations – Abu Dhabi

About the role

We are looking for a Vice President, Ops Client Service II to join BNY’s team in Abu Dhabi. The role focuses on delivering high‑quality service to major external clients, handling complex operational issues across corporate actions, income, proxy and class‑action events.

Key responsibilities

• Resolve complex day‑to‑day client issues related to corporate actions, income, proxy and class‑action events.
• Lead team members in supporting major clients and ensuring timely execution of requests.
• Analyze information using advanced problem‑solving skills and sound judgement.
• Communicate effectively with a specialized client base and provide detailed product and service information.
• Drive business development by identifying client needs and proposing expanded BNY offerings.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Significant experience in operational areas or client services, preferably within financial services.
• Deep understanding of the full lifecycle of corporate actions, income, proxy and class‑action events.
