About the role

Join ADCB’s Credit Group to lead the delivery of risk analytics, data governance and model monitoring that support credit‑risk monitoring and decision‑making. You will work in a diverse, inclusive environment where professional growth is encouraged.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver risk analytics, management information, portfolio insights, forecasting and stress‑testing outputs aligned with risk appetite, regulatory requirements and business priorities.
• Manage risk‑data governance and quality controls, including data lineage, reconciliation, metadata, stewardship and issue remediation.
• Oversee governance and performance monitoring of credit‑risk models, scorecards and decision‑support tools throughout their lifecycle.
• Handle regulatory and credit‑bureau reporting, ensuring data‑quality monitoring, reconciliations, exception management and reporting enhancements.
• Drive delivery and implementation of approved risk‑technology, automation and digital initiatives in collaboration with business, operations and technology stakeholders.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 years of experience in credit‑risk analytics, risk‑data governance, model monitoring, regulatory reporting or risk‑technology delivery within banking or financial services.
• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Finance, Economics or a related quantitative discipline.
• Proven ability to coordinate cross‑functional initiatives and supervise employees.
