Vice President Digital Workspace

About the role

The Vice President Digital Workspace will own the technology experience for every Aldar employee, overseeing services, devices, and workplace technology across all Group locations. The role transforms end‑user services from reactive support to a proactive, experience‑focused model.

Key responsibilities

• Define and evolve the digital workspace strategy, covering devices, end‑user software, collaboration tools, and workplace technology.
• Own the Group service desk and end‑user support, ensuring high‑quality, responsive service through outsourced managed services.
• Manage audio‑visual and meeting‑room technology to deliver consistent collaboration experiences and support corporate events.
• Oversee the end‑user device and software lifecycle, including standards, provisioning, refresh, patching coordination, and retirement.
• Monitor managed‑services performance against service‑level and experience‑level agreements, driving continuous improvement.
• Build and lead the Digital Workspace team and manage outsourced delivery partners, supporting Emiratization objectives.

Required profile

• UAE national.
• Minimum 10+ years of experience in end‑user services, digital workspace, or related IT domains.
• Proven leadership experience managing large, multi‑location service operations.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and implement employee experience metrics.

Required skills

• IT Service Management (ITSM) and ITIL processes.
• Audio‑visual and meeting‑room technology expertise.
• Collaboration tools implementation and support.
• Device lifecycle management and software licensing hygiene.
