Vice President Digital Workspace

About the role

The Vice President Digital Workspace will own the end‑to‑end technology experience for every Aldar employee, ensuring that services, devices and workplace technology enable seamless daily work across the Group. This senior leader will shift end‑user services from reactive support to a proactive, experience‑focused model, measured by employee productivity and satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Define and evolve the digital workspace strategy, covering devices, software, collaboration tools and workplace technology.
• Establish employee experience agreements alongside traditional service‑level agreements and drive their adoption.
• Own the Group service desk and end‑user support, managing outsourced IT services to ensure high‑quality, responsive assistance.
• Oversee audio‑visual and meeting‑room technology, delivering reliable collaboration experiences and supporting corporate events.
• Manage the end‑user device and software lifecycle, including provisioning, refresh, patching and secure configuration.
• Monitor managed‑services performance against agreed metrics and implement continuous improvement plans.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of experience in digital workspace or IT service management.
• Proven leadership in talent development and large‑scale technology transformation.
• UAE national, able to work across multiple locations within the Group.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to influence cross‑functional teams.
