Vice President – Fund Accounting (Abu Dhabi)

About the role

We are looking for a Vice President to lead our Fund Accounting team in Abu Dhabi. The role is responsible for overseeing daily NAV calculations, managing client relationships and driving process improvements within a fast‑moving environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the team to deliver accurate and timely daily NAV calculations.
• Serve as the escalation point for NAV production issues and guide the team in resolving them.
• Maintain communication with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of NAV inputs per service agreements.
• Act as primary contact for clients on operational queries, challenges and project updates.
• Ensure all client and internal deliverables comply with firm policies and procedures.
• Drive initiatives that support change, process improvement and alignment with firm strategy.
• Manage team performance, conduct performance reviews and develop staff.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders on audit queries, procedural changes and improvement projects.
• Provide critical updates to senior management in a timely manner.

Required profile

• 9+ years of fund accounting experience in operations, with at least 5 years using Enterprise Investran.
• Proven people‑management experience, including coaching and performance reviews.
• Experience in a client‑facing role interacting with auditors and market data providers.
• Third‑level degree in Accounting, Business or a related field.
• Excellent communication skills and a track record of driving team improvements.
