Vice President - Loan Capital Markets (Origination)

About the role

Join a globally recognised banking and financial services organisation as a Vice President in Loan Capital Markets. You will work on high‑profile financing transactions across EMEA, supporting the full deal lifecycle from origination to execution.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in client meetings and present financing proposals alongside senior deal team members.
• Originate, structure, price and execute syndicated loans and other credit facilities.
• Prepare marketing materials, pitch books, transaction presentations and internal reports.
• Gather and analyse market intelligence, pricing data and lending trends.
• Coordinate preparation of information memoranda and syndication materials for lender distribution.
• Support the management of loan syndications throughout the transaction lifecycle.
• Negotiate financing terms and conditions with market participants and co‑financiers.
• Collaborate with coverage, distribution, execution and operational teams to achieve transaction objectives.
• Develop and maintain relationships with banks, institutional investors and financing partners.

Required profile

• 5‑10 years of experience in Loan Capital Markets, Loan Origination, Syndicated Finance, Corporate Banking or Project Finance.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Accounting or a related discipline; professional qualifications are a plus.
• Strong understanding of credit analysis, financial modelling, loan structuring and syndicated lending.
• Proven track record of supporting or leading transactions from origination through execution and syndication.
