Group Tax & Reporting Manager

About the role

The Group Tax & Reporting Manager will be based in Dubai and report to the Group Strategy Officer. This senior position owns the Group's reporting function across KSA, Qatar and UAE, ensuring accurate tax compliance, financial reporting and board presentations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead group reporting, preparing monthly management packs, board packs, finance dashboards and management presentations.
• Manage tax compliance for Zakat, corporate tax, VAT, withholding tax, transfer pricing and related‑party transactions across the three jurisdictions.
• Prepare and review statutory financial statements, management accounts, audit deliverables and regulatory reports.
• Coordinate with external tax advisors, auditors, legal advisors and regulatory authorities on returns, assessments and audits.
• Improve reporting templates, tax trackers, compliance calendars and documentation controls.

Required profile

• Qualified accountant (ACCA, CPA, CA, SOCPA, CMA or equivalent) with a bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or Taxation.
• 7–10 years of experience in tax, reporting, audit, accounting or group finance.
• Strong knowledge of accounting standards, tax compliance and statutory reporting.
