About the role
We are looking for a dynamic senior HR leader to shape and execute the people strategy as we expand globally. Reporting to the COO, the Vice President of Human Resources will drive HR operating models, talent frameworks and cultural initiatives across multiple markets.
Key responsibilities
- Define and execute a comprehensive HR strategy that supports rapid international growth.
- Advise the COO and executive team on organizational structure, workforce planning and HR priorities.
- Build a scalable HR operating model for KSA and new territories, ensuring consistent policies, processes and governance.
- Design and implement HR operations in new markets, including employment models, onboarding, payroll, benefits and compliance.
- Lead organizational design to create the right structure, roles and leadership layers for scale.
- Partner with business leaders to forecast workforce needs and develop planning processes linked to budgets and expansion plans.
- Develop and execute international talent acquisition strategies for leadership, technical and commercial roles.
- Create talent management frameworks covering succession, high‑potential development and retention.
- Design performance management, compensation, benefits and incentive programs aligned with business goals.
- Champion culture, engagement and DEI initiatives while preserving the entrepreneurial spirit.
- Provide strategic HR leadership across regional teams and act as a trusted advisor to the C‑suite.
Required profile
- 10+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, including international or multi‑market exposure.
- Proven track record scaling HR functions, people operations and organizational structures in high‑growth companies.
- Hands‑on experience setting up HR policies, systems and processes across multiple countries.
- Deep expertise in organizational design, workforce planning, talent management and compensation frameworks.
- Experience supporting expansion in KSA, UAE, MENA, Europe, the UK or similar territories.
- Strong knowledge of employment models, compliance, payroll coordination and employee lifecycle processes.
- Ability to advise C‑suite executives on people strategy, culture and capability building.
- Strategic mindset with a willingness to be hands‑on when needed.
- Background in technology, digital platforms, marketplaces or related high‑growth sectors is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration or related field; master’s degree or senior HR certification (SHRM‑SCP, SPHR, CIPD) is a plus.
