Vice President Property Management, Industrial & Logistics

About the role

The Vice President of Property Management for Industrial & Logistics will lead Aldar's I&L portfolio, ensuring optimal operational, financial and tenant performance across completed and income‑generating assets. This senior role shapes strategy, drives sustainability and enhances the overall tenant experience in logistics parks, BTS facilities and multi‑tenant developments.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and continuously improve the I&L property management framework covering facilities management, leasing, service delivery and tenant experience.
• Oversee daily portfolio operations, aligning activities with asset management strategy and key performance indicators.
• Manage service providers and FM contractors to maintain safety, maintenance standards and regulatory compliance.
• Build strong tenant relationships, handling lease administration, rent collection, renewals and issue resolution.
• Develop and manage annual OPEX and CAPEX budgets, monitor costs and drive efficiency and sustainability initiatives.
• Track and report financial metrics such as NOI, recovery rates and arrears, supporting valuation and financial modelling.
• Standardise policies and processes, implement digital tools and automation, and establish SLAs, KPIs and performance dashboards.
• Mentor, develop and lead the property management team while coordinating with asset management, finance and other internal stakeholders.

Required profile

• Minimum 12 years of experience in property management, preferably within industrial or logistics real estate.
• Proven track record of leading large‑scale property portfolios and delivering operational and financial results.
• Strong understanding of health, safety, environmental and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
