Vice President Rights & Inclusion

About the role

The VP Rights & Inclusion is responsible for two complementary agendas: ensuring Accor's operations integrate human rights of all – guests and Heartists alike – and making Accor's hospitality genuinely inclusive and accessible, with a focus on guests. Reporting to the Chief Sustainability Officer, this role leads a dedicated team and drives programs embedded across Accor's brands and regions, contributing to the Group’s reputation, ethical performance, and sustainability.

Key responsibilities

• Lead Accor's global strategy and roadmap on human rights and inclusive hospitality, aligning with sustainability commitments.
• Oversee the human rights program across the guest and Heartist journey, including trainings, audits, worker voice mechanisms, and response protocols.
• Deploy and scale programs that make Accor's hospitality accessible and welcoming to all guests, such as people with disabilities and LGBTQI+.
• Cultivate strategic relationships with NGOs, public institutions, industry bodies, and represent Accor in relevant forums.
• Define, track, and steer KPIs, ensure robust reporting and compliance with disclosure requirements.
• Monitor peer positioning and emerging trends to inform Accor's strategic stance on human rights and inclusive hospitality.

Required profile

• 10+ years of professional experience in social impact leadership and ESG transformation roles.
• Proven expertise in defining and deploying social impact strategies at scale in international environments.
• Strong background in stakeholder engagement, advocacy, partnerships, and public affairs.
• Excellent management, interpersonal, and communication skills in English and French, with strategic thinking ability.
